Delete your Plantagram account

Plantagram · account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your Plantagram account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Plantagram and sign in.
2. Tap the account button at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Delete my account at the bottom, and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email Plantagram.app@gmail.com from the email address you use for Plantagram, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request comes from you, then delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner. We'll email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, posts, reels and Plant Nursery posts.
• Your comments, likes, follows, saved posts, Learn favorites, notifications and push subscriptions.
• All your uploaded photos and videos.
• Your direct message conversations, for both people in them.

What we keep

• Reports other people filed about you: kept so moderators can finish reviewing them. They're no longer linked to your account, although a report about you as a person still contains your former account ID.
• Plant "fingerprints" and cached plant identifications and place names: kept, with no link to you.
• Short-lived logs held by our service providers, under their own policies.

Deletion can't be undone. You can also delete individual posts, reels and comments at any time without deleting your account. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
